For the past nine years, I've built my own vegan food business, taught culinary workshops, and helped vegan food entrepreneurs build stronger businesses.

I didn't realize that right away.

As more vegan food business owners joined my workshops, the conversations started changing.

The recipes were only the beginning.

Very quickly, the questions became much bigger than the recipes themselves:

That's when I realized something important.
